Creating a feeling of lightness, ease and relaxation as we move through a sequence of postures syncing movement and breath. Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice that will work on building strength, balance and flexibility. The latter is not a prerequisite for practicing Yoga!
Deliciously slow and juicy. Yin is a practice that holds postures between 3 - 5 minutes. Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. I like to refer to Yin as the bridge to meditation.
